Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction and compliance with safety requirements.

To generate and attend to customers enquiries, establish rapport and maintain a good relationship with customers.

Monitor and coordinate sales order promptly and ensure data accuracy in order processing.

Handles day-to-day QC Inspection operations include incoming QC, in-process and outgoing QC activities according to specification in sales order and purchase order.

Handles day-to-day QC Inspection operations included incoming QC, in-process and outgoing QC activities according to Drawing / Job order requirement.

Responsible for purchase requisition process from Sourcing, Negotiating, reviewing to Purchasing.

To prepare planning based on Sales order received, machine capacities, material availability, production process, process time and manpower availability.

Develop processes, equipment and fixture to aid in the manufacture of products.

Responsible for product design and development using 3D Cad software and other simulation tools.

General administrative tasks and handling enquiries.

Lead and manage machinist and operators of CNC Milling and Autolathe Department.

Setup and operate CNC Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification.
