Responsibilities:
  • General administrative tasks and handling enquiries
  • To manage confidential documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving
  • To manage and coordinate business schedules, to ensure smooth arrangement of meetings and company internal and external events
  • To note down the discussion points with customer/supplier/business associates and follow up the necessary action
  • To liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of management staff and business associates
  • Carry out any other responsibilities when required

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business
  • Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Responsible and good teamwork
